this is today after a runnnnn.....i ran for 30 mins~! think i ran 9/10 rounds...really horrible having not run for some time. I seriously have to do mind-over-mental brainwashing every minute, trying to distract myself from my breathing, growing pain in chest and stitch, but so proud to complete it in the end!


ate popeyes mashed potato at AMK. =) If u guys are interested in getting clear contact lens, i think i can safely say I have the best deal. i can get 13 month supply of monthly contacts at $120. =) though i dun use clear contacts anymore. haha. got it for my bro today at AMK =)
